Can I get a refund?

A refund will only be available if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. All orders are carefully packaged and inspected before being processed. Any damage to clothing after wear will not be accepted for refund, exchange or credit. If you require a refund please provide proof of damage and fill out the 'contact us' page. Change of mind will not be accepted for refund. If you would like to swap an item you will need to pay for the return, this can only be accepted for another item of less of same value.

 

I ordered the wrong size what can I do?

You may send the item/s back for exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, if the swing tag is still attached and the item has not been worn. Please return item/s in original packaging. Please fill out the section of the 'contact us' page.

 

How do I know you received my order?

A confirmation of payment will come up on the screen once payment received upon ordering. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us (serving that we have received your order) with your tracking number and link to track your order online. Please allow up to 2 days processing time for your order to be shipped out. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/ delivery details for the order. If the wrong information is provided we cannot offer a reimbursement for the order.

How long will shipping take? - (shipping times may vary due to COVID-19)

 

Australia wide shipping:

Allow 3-5 business days (standard) with Australia Post

1-2 business days (express) with Australia Post

 

International shipping:

NZ allow 7-12 business days

USA/ Canada/ UK/ Japan allow 10-15 business days

You will receive order confirmation and tracking details once the order has been packaged/shipped. As this relies on our delivery partner to update, please allow 1-2 days for this information to be updated. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels or any order delayed in transit.
